The house is divided in 2 apartments, one on the ground floor and the other one on the first floor. The house is very close to the Sas Linnas Siccas beach, in a quiet area surrounded by a garden of olive trees.

The beach is located about 50 meters (160 feet) from the house and can be reached over a ramp, so you can access to it with a stroller or a wheel chair. The town Sos Alison with restaurants and shops/supermarkets is about 1 km away. Orosei is about 8 km away.

You get access to 4 bikes, a baby bed, and a high chair for your kids.

For those who want to have a holiday out of season, to enjoy the sea and the nature, the house is equipped with heating.
